How does the money-back guarantee work?

The satisfaction of our customers is our highest priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will exchange it or issue a full money refund if the product is returned within 60 days of receipt. Please note, we cannot accept putters damaged due to irregular use.

Do you ship across North America as well as internationally from your online store??

We ship to the contiguous United States (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses) and Canada from our online store. Please contact customer service at 1-800-883-8301 or by filling out the online inquiry form, if your shipping address is outside the contiguous United States or Canada.

How long does it take for my putter to arrive?

Your putter is delivered in about 5 days. (Please expect longer delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.) You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code of your shipment within two business days of completing your purchase.
